Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
• Product received is damaged, broken, or leaked during transit.
• Product delivered is incorrect (wrong fragrance, size, or variant).
• Product is found to be defective upon delivery.
⚜️ We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal fragrance preference or change of mind, as opened perfumes cannot be resold due to hygiene and authenticity standards.
To qualify for return, products must be:
• Unused, unopened, and sealed,
• In their original D’Pherin packaging with intact tags and labels,
• Free from any tampering or signs of usage.
Products failing quality checks cannot be accepted.
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@dpherin.com with:
• Order ID,
• Photos/videos of the product and packaging,
• A detailed description of the issue.
An unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is strongly recommended to support claims of damage, leakage, or missing items.
