Refund & Return Policy
At D’Pherin, every fragrance is crafted as an intimate expression of artistry and luxury. We take the utmost care in creating and delivering your orders. To maintain the purity, exclusivity, and safety of our products, our returns and refunds are governed by the following policy:
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
• Product received is damaged, broken, or leaked during transit.
• Product delivered is incorrect (wrong fragrance, size, or variant).
• Product is found to be defective upon delivery.
⚜️ We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal fragrance preference or change of mind, as opened perfumes cannot be resold due to hygiene and authenticity standards.
Condition of Return
To qualify for return, products must be:
• Unused, unopened, and sealed,
• In their original D’Pherin packaging with intact tags and labels,
• Free from any tampering or signs of usage.
Products failing quality checks cannot be accepted.
Reporting a Return Request
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@dpherin.com with:
• Order ID,
• Photos/videos of the product and packaging,
• A detailed description of the issue.
An unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is strongly recommended to support claims of damage, leakage, or missing items.
Refund & Exchange Process
- Once the return request is verified and approved, our team will initiate one of the following:
• Replacement product (same fragrance or an alternative if unavailable),
• Store credit/voucher equal to the purchase value, valid for future orders,
• Refund to the original payment method.
Timelines :
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer within 4–7 working days, upon submission of account details.
- Store credit or replacement dispatch will be completed within 7 business days of approval.
⚜️ Please note : Delivery charges, COD fees, and international duties/taxes (if any) are non-refundable, as they are retained by third-party logistics partners.
Exemptions & Special Conditions
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards, promotional items, sample kits, and limited-edition collections.
- Tampered packages: If your package appears tampered/damaged at delivery, kindly refuse to accept it and notify our support team immediately.
- Missed deliveries: If an order is marked delivered but not received, customers must inform us within 2 days of the status update for resolution.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
- For prepaid orders, a refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. If refused on delivery, applicable logistics fees may be deducted from the refund.
